Just trying to get some information. It's so hard to get intouch with anyone at Sky.
My wifi won't connect. Apparently it's says 'issue in your area' on the my sky app. Can't work today because of this.
No information or updates whatsoever? Would appreciate some update. Area is Chesterfield, Derbyshire

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@joschuwa4126 An area wide outage will be down to Openreach being the netowrk provider to get it back working again. ISPs are informed when it is working again and will update the app message if this is how you are checking.
