Broadband out. And 72 hrs response. Great service!
Broadband issues been ongoing with variable speeds for a while. Now hub won't connect at all. Response time 72 hours ! What do I pay for exactly ?? Sky pass to third party. Here is hoping they fix it and it's not the hub & pod or we"ll be down even longer.

@James830 Is that third party Openreach you are talking about.

The same thing has happened to me today. The broadband has been down since around 3pm today and the Sky Max Hub has just been flashing green.
I phoned Sky and they said I have to wait 72hrs whilst my issue is referred to the network team.

@James830 I have now found a message on my Sky account under 'Order Tracking' that states (I didn't receive any other notification) -
Did you receive anything similar?
Engineer investigation
To be confirmed
Your engineer aims to fix any faults within 2-5 working days from the date of the issue being raised
Because the problem’s outside your home, Openreach will fix the problem as quickly as possible without having to visit your home.
- We suspect there could be a fault between your local exchange and your home
- You do not need to be home for this engineer visit
- You will not be charged for this visit
- You may be notified by SMS of an update

Yes, because that's how domestic broadband in the UK functions, and what we all get for our £1 to £2 per day. Openreach has a target time to fix of two working days starting the next working day morning after a fault is passed on to them by an ISP.
