Broadband options/settings greyed out on Sky.com website???
Hi all,
Had a new Sky Hub SR213 since last November when I renewed our broadband and moved from one of the older black hubs.
If I use the MySky app on my phone I can seem to change settings OK but as can be seen from the attached image if I go to the Sky.com website and navigate to the devise settings area everything is greyed out with a message to say "Come back when your Sky broadband's been activated". Bearing in mind the new Hub has been in use for 5 months should these options not be available on the website as they seem to be on the phone app?
I'd much rather use the computer interface on the website than have to mess about using the phone screen app interface. So is there a way of getting this sorted at all? And if so who is it that deals with it? Broadband or accounts?
I've tried talking to the sky broadband help people on the phone but they have only been able to say settings can only be changed through the app now and not via the sky.com website? and that is why they are all greyed out?

@Wavey+Davey+13 Do you have the Sky app installed on your mobile device as this is where most of the configuration is done for the SR213 router.

Yes as per my original post I have the app and they seem to be OK on there but i would prefer to use the larger clearer interface of the Sky.com website.

@Wavey+Davey+13For the SR213 in some wisdom Sky wanted to move the interface off the router and on to the Sky app. Sorry to say you are stuck with the way it is.

@Highlinder So are you saying the message i get (that I showed in the image) regarding my broadband not being activated is what should be shown even though the broadband has been activated and in use for 5 months?

@Wavey+Davey+13 Have you talked to Sky that you have not been able to access the settings on the app because it still thinks your broadband has not been activated?

@Wavey+Davey+13 No it is not how it should be and you need to get back in touch with them and explain that you are unable to use your broadband as it is just now as the app thinks you have not been activated.
