Broadband only on 65 mbs

Been with sky about a month supposed to minimum of 100mbs  only getting 65mbs some times 59mbs . Been onto them twice and they say itl catch up still hasn't . Done app tests says from the street to property there's a problem . But sky says there's not

@Al-10-10 how are you running your tests? If on a device connected by WiFi you are probably just measuting the WiFi speed in hour home which is not guaranteed. Tests over ethernet or speeds reported by the hub are more definitive. You can check the speeds on black hubs by following this guide Sky Hub statistics
