Broadband offline on My Sky app

I've been having a lot of broadband issues the past week so sky sent out a new router along with one sky max pod. The WiFi is working in one room. I live in a small house and the WiFi doesn't reach upstairs. I've tried plugging in the pods and tried getting them to connect on the MySky app. The pods are saying not connected and now the broadband is saying offline on the app but yet it is working in the one room. Anyone know how long it takes sky to get the hub connected and to show online on the app?

@Debs20230 plug the pod in close to the hub and thry should link - the light on the pod goes out once it is connected. Once connected try moving it further away typically placing the hub in the hall or on the landing. A small house with thick or solid internal walls can be more difficult to network than a large modern property.
