Hiya,
So my husband is away so I can't call the sky help as account is in his name, but basically the internet is either really weak or just not working. This started this afternoon. I've tried troubleshooting online and reset the box, checked the lines, restarted it. But nothing. I may get 30 seconds of internet before it stops again. We have a sky glass as well so can't watch that.
All the 4 lights on the hub are on green, but nothing works. Any ideas?

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Thanks for this. It just shows there is a problem with my hub, but then I go round in circles as it keeps telling me to check the same things.
