@Tdod i used number ending 1018(cant post the whole number) and  I had to call twice. first was the fully automatic chat with robolady, I had to go through, the second time it connected me straight to the operator.

Had to disconnect all leads from the router and power off at the socket. This didn't resolve anything. 
Sky advisor made contact with BT open reach who carried out their connectivity checks. Internet access was then restored.

Also in the SYxxxx area and have had issues all day with no internet. Router showing red on the talk section but green on all others. Online says all ok no issues in my area

I am in SY13 and we are having the same issue. Sky says all working properly with no issue yet all out around the town except very strangely Facebook and Instagram work!!?!?!

I am in sy13, all green lights except voice light amber, no internet connection at all, have rebooted many times with no resolution

Same here SY13 been out all day, sky says all is okay but that speeds are slightly slow... anyone back online?

No internet all day Whitchurch SY13 area. I can get Facebook and insta???? Nothing else. All green lights on router. Done all the usual things to resolve, but still offline - Rang Sky, offered an engineer - but I tried to explain it was a bigger issue than just our house. They think it's fine!!! This thread would suggest it really isn't.

They fixed mine. Weirdly, my work laptop was never an issue although maybe something to do with VPN.

anyway, they weee going to send an

enginner out however the engineer did something remotely which modem unplugged Which worked. Prior to this all the unplugging and resetting of open reach box and modem didn't work. Required the engineer to do something.
