Broadband not working since paid bill

I got my account switched back on but no internet tried everything  and still not working

They won't necessarily both come back on simultaneously.

@Marrrryann  Ho long were services estricted?   If more than 56 days it's likley Sky would need to get the line reconnected which can take longer.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Tv since the other day like last Thursday or so and internet just today
