Good to know. Back up now so was definitely a network issue

Back up also.  Agreed Definitely an outage issue . Disappointing sky couldn't diagnose that.

Back up here too. Just relieved it's sorted, but frustrating that they were unable to let us know it was a more widespread issue.

I live in Archway area too. The broadband did come back as others have said but I have been advised to keep the engineer appointment. It can't be just coincidence that so many of us suffered the same problem in the same area. There must have been an issue in N London Archway area.
