Broadband not working despite following all DIY instructions

My WiFi broadband is not working I have orange light blinking on Internet and voice I have tried restarting and following the DIY instructions but still not working

@Mira01 What is the activation date that sky gave you, have you received any text messages from sky!

@Mira01 assuming your service has worked in the past it sounds like a line issue. If the service checker in the My Sky app or website run over a mobile connection doesn't tell you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line then call them and report it so they can get it fixed.
