Broadband not working - away on holiday

I'm away on holiday and broadband has not worked for the last couple of weeks so I can't see my CCTV cameras. Can it be checked if I'm not at home?

Sky will be very reluctant to book any work if basic troubleshooting such as a Hub restart hasn't been carried out.

You could try triggering a remote test through the Sky website or the My Sky app.

Would it do any harm to put the router on a plug timer to reboot it every night when I'm away from home?
