Broadband not working. Sky not working.

My sky box won't connect to the internet. My phone won't connect to the internet. It has been a problem for the past few days. My sky mini box won't work or connect either. I need an engineer to look at my whole system as I'm not getting what I am paying for.

@Ianh11 Sky cannot pick up your request from a forum post you will haavecto call them and tgey will expect youbto try a few things before they will send out an engineer. First thing to check is the lights on the Sky hub that connects to broadband service see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start and follow the suggested actions
