Broadband not working Mayo, Ireland

Broadband isn't working and I've done 3 laps of the online help.

 

It has been spotty for the last 2 weeks but I was allowing for line upgrades. 

 

Fully gone now.

 

Help site telling me the problem is fixed. It is not.

If a reboot of your broadband hub doesn't kick it back to life then give Sky Ireland a call about this.
