Broadband not up to speed that I pay for
I am playing broadband that keeps falling out or just doesn't work. I pay for superfast but never get that speed. Had an engineer out every 3 months. Fixes it goes away then it stops working or slows. Been sent a message saying it has been fixed but haven't seen anyone and now it's intermittent again.
