Broadband not showing up on network list

I am not fully sure if there  is connection from the WiFi but it is not showing up on any of the networks on multiple devices I've checked

@Ilyas1 What sky hub, and what devices are looking at the wi-fi ssid for that hub! The hub name is either on the back label, or underneath depending on which hub you have!
