I tried hundreds time to contact the customer service. I am facing broadBand signal issue from first day. Can you please boost the signal?

Simply not possible from outside the address. If you subscribe to Broadband Boost (an unfortunate marketing name rather than a physical possibility) then wireless hardware booosters are claimable under the terms of the WiFi Guarantee.
