Broadband not connecting for long enough

Had the WiFi for about a month and I have had the issue from day 1. It connects to my phone and 1 PlayStation in the house but will constantly disconnect and reconnect which isn't an issue I've had with any other provider. It refuses to connect to the other PlayStation by WPS or password and it's also not a PlayStation problem as it connects to every other WiFi and my phones hotspot. It can't be due to the size of my flat as it's a small flat so it's not like there's a distance problem. I've phoned up and they've done a reset with me which shows up all green but the problem still occurs. One of the lights on the open reach is flashing.

@Keeleyrose  If you are talking about the green light on the far-right hand side of the ONT this is supposed to happen showing that data is flowing. Do you have any dead zpnes in the flat that other devices find it hard to connect using the Wi-Fi?

@Highlinder I'm not sure, I'm no tech guru so wouldn't know what to look for or do about it, if that makes sense.

@Keeleyrose  Does the likes of your mobile phone loose the Wi-Fi while in the same room as the device you are having problems connecting to the Wi-Fi?

@Highlinder Yeah, my phone disconnects and reconnects constantly. It changes between disconnected and 2 bars of wifi every half hour or so.

@Keeleyrose  There are a few ways around this you can either get a Wi-Fi extender or use powerline adapters to connect the device and you can then use ethernet in the latter to cut  out the use of the Wi-Fi.

Re: Broadband not connecting for long enough

@Highlinder How do I go about getting a WiFi extender? I know about getting an ethernet cable and connecting that way.

@Keeleyrose  If you know the ethernet way then powerline adapters would be better for you.
