Broadband loses connection

Connection keeps dropping all the time can't get WiFi in kitchen and speed is half of what I'm supposed to get router is in the hall and nothing is blocking it I changed from virgin about 6 weeks ago am thinking I made a mistake going back to sky also can't ring them cos its an 0900 call its to expensive

Not sure where you got a 0900 number from. Calls to Sky in the UK are 0333 numbers (so local rate) and 0818 in ROI. As a Sky BB customer calls to Sky are free on your Sky landline by dialling 150.

If you contact sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone the calls are free
