Broadband loses connection

Almost every day for about 3 weeks my broadband keeps dropping connection. This has been happening multiple times a day. When I use Sky's app to check the connection it says it is connected & there's no issues

Yes the internet and voice flash orange but when I go to the service checker it says nothing is wrong

We have the same thing it's bouncing between WiFi and no WiFi! We recently changed our router and the broadband was slow before now it's almost non existent!!! Shocking!!!

Nightmare! The only thing I've changed is getting sky glass
