Broadband line phone number and address

I live in a slightly strange proerty which is part of a business as well.

Around 5 years ago we had personal broadband added to the property, which needed a new line to be installed. This new line has a different number to the business phone number at the property, which I can see on my sky account page. 

However, when I am applying to broadband providers to as to port the number, it says that the number is not linked to the property. 

Please can you let me know what address the broadband number on my account is linked to?
