Hi. My broadband is down and has been for over 24 hours. I've reset the router multiple time, I've unplugged the router and the white box and plugged them back in. I've run the test online which said there was a problem the first time I did it but says everything is wonderful every time I've done it since. However... still no internet light on the router and still no connection. The power light, Wi-Fi light and voice light are all on and solid on the router - the internet light is off . The white box on the wall is on and has the power, PON and a flashing LAN light on. I've checked everything is wired up correctly - pls help!!! 😭
