400Mbs would be the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed of 500Mbs FTTP over the optical and ethernet cable as far as the Hub: it's absolutely not guaranteed over WiFi from the Hub to client devices. The Sky Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee (for WiFi Max subscribers) on 500Mbs broadband is 25Mbs
There's nothing a Firestick (even the 4K model) can actually do which benefits from more than about 30Mbs at the most.
