Log into the My Sky app using a mobile connection run the connection test - dont rely on the result it shows click to run the test again. That maytell you if Sky know of a fault affecting your area or ecen offer to book an engineer saving you a call. However if it doesn't give Sky a call tonreportvthe issue butvtge linescwill be busy.
