Broadband keeps losing signal and dropping out.

Sky customer service has to be the worst i have ever seen.

 

The website is useless, just sends you in cirlces when it comes to trouble shooting. 

 

Just want you to pay and pay but the service and reliabilty is shocking!

Getting a reason from sky why this is happening and why I can't get a engineer out to investigate the problem. The online "tips" are pointless and don't do anything

@Brad141 For that you will need to call sky then, be aware that they have a comms issue so ALL customer sites are down at present.

 

Edit:- The online warning error has now been removed so they may be back up and running, give them the call expect it to be busy though.
