Sky engineer has previosly tried to remedy to no avail. This is now a totally unacceptable situation, seriously considering switching provider.
This issue needs to be permently resolved.

I have this same issue, i have been going through it now for 8 months, and they do very little to help.
I have now gone as far as starting an email complaint through their portal, I will essentially just be building a case to report that issue with OFCOM to whoever it is.
