Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Beema I assume you are not on a full fibre connection. This is a frequent issue with parial fibre broadband. All you can do is call Sky and see if they can raise a fault with Openreach. The reason why that may not be possible is the automatic systems should be working to stabilise the line. It is only when they cannot do that without droppping spedds below the guaranteed speed for your line or drops reach 10 a day that they intervene. There are many people suffering similar issues which will only be sorted when full fibre is run to your address.
