Broadband keeps dropping then connects but speed

My internet keeps dropping only during the day nothing in the house has changed 

internet will drop then straight away connect again so a spike

speed tests are all showing ok and it's not flagging that it's gone down 

checked the cab and no one working there 

as this was my 1st suspicion loose jumper cable 

all diagnostic tests coming back ok 

please help me and wife work from home and it's driving us both mad
