I have 500mb fibre broadband. I've noticed drop outs over the last few months. Especially around midnight.
I contacted Sky today & it's automated check said I had a problem in the house but there's nothing different.
However tonight it dropped out at 21:15. But checking via 4G Sky.com says there are no issues with my connection.
anyone have any clues.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@HisLordship check the LEDs on the Openreach ONT unit if the PON (Passive Optical Network) light is red the issue is between the exchange and your property as the unit is bot receiving light.
While loss of connection after midnight can be caused by equipment msintenance but loss of connection around 21.15 which is prime time is down to a fault. Sky only become aware of faults when they are reported so if your service is still down this morning call them.
