Broadband keeps dropping and can’t get signal

Broadband keeps dropping, we loose signal, or internet is very slow, or can't connect to server via phone and my booster doesn't work at all that I am being charged for, I am constantly doing speed tests and it goes from 17.6 is the maximum to 8.2 and I'm paying for speeds of 35 it's ridiculous!! 
im so fed up !!!

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
