Broadband keeps dropping. Happening for days now.

We keep losing internet. It's been dropping in and out for 2 days now. 
all is fine, then we lose connection and have orange lights on the router. It's back within a few mins, but with Sky Glass this is really frustrating. Running the checker shows no issues. Is any one else having problems with broadband?
