Broadband keeps cutting out

Over the last few days the broadband is up and down constantly.  I check the service status and it always says no issue in our area. Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Re: Broadband keeps cutting out

The service in London SW15 is appalling. It cuts out about 10 times a day. When I try to get it fixed I am confronted with a mass of repetitive guidance about indoor set up when the problem is outside. The chat is a waste of time.

Will cancel my contract if this continues siting breach!

@Jimbo1420 if you would like help to sort your issue then please post your hub stats taken when you hub is connected see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

If there is a line problem then moving from Sky to another ISP using the same line means the problem will still be there. There is no systemic issue with Sky broadband in SW London.
