Broadband keeps crashing

Hello. I can't find a way to contact a human being at sky. If anyone can give me an Irish phone number I'd appreciate it.

My internet keeps going down. I've run the diagnostics, checked connections, and restarted.  It comes back for a while and then goes again. I'm trying to work from home which is becoming impossible. It was very bad last week, then improved over the weekend but now on Monday we're back to constant crashes. I've had the text from Sky telling me that it will give me a phone number if the process doesn't work. The problem is that the service will briefly return so I never get to the stage of getting the phone number.

Tearing my hair out here with frustration and the amount of time I'm wasting trying to sort this out.

As well as homeworking I also have a college student in the house who is trying to finish final essays.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@BLUEBELL112   You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
