Broadband issues

Broadband not working, done all the resets. The checks on the app say there is no issues but it is still mot working

Exact same issue. All checks online say everything is okay but... Here we are

Sometimes when i reset all the lights except the power light stay off, others times there is 2 green and one amber

@LisaCal & @KyleLNeil loss of services between midnight and 5am is most commonly down to maintenance work. If so your lines should be back up by now.
