Myself and husband work from home. We should have broadband speeds of +500mps but today I have been kicked out of two meetings because of a poor connection. Checked speed and it's 36.5. We cannot work with these speeds. We are not even a week into our contract with Sky and have major concerns regarding your service.
can someone provide assistance to fix this issue

Re: Broadband issues. Was supposed to have speeds of +500mps but today I have 36.5.
What speeds, are wireless or ethernet-connected devices? If wireless Sky only supplies guarantees of 25Mbps to Sky Max, if ethernet then I recommend you reboot the router or better still leave it off for an hour to establish a new internet zone.
Recommend the community member leave the router off or disconnect and reconnect via Sky interface/Sky App to establish a new internet zone currently.
Zen internet on FTTP (900Mbps down, 100Mbps up). SAT> IP (Apple 4K 2nd gen TV to LG C1 OLED UHD TV/Dolby Atmos Denon AVR, DacMagic Plus for Hi-Res audio), hosting own blog/forum (cluster), OPNsense & Zenarmor L4/L7 NGFW & DPI IDS/IPS, Asus ET12 Pro Tri-Band wifi, Linux, Gamer: Xbox Series X/i7 laptop, round-robin DNS over HTTPS, non-proprietary VoIP HD AMR-WB (G.722.2) and more... Beta tester Apple iOS/watchOS/tvOS/iPadOS/macOS.
