Hello,
Currently on full fibre, lastnight internet dropped completely, did a restart this morning, started up again but still slow, I checked my speed via fast.com and internet speed is 80mbps, although when I tested it on the sky app it consistently tells me things are fine and my speed is where it should be, hmmm 🤔had the same issue last year where I was left without internet for over 2 weeks, zero compensation, hours spent in pointless conversations. Anyhow, is anyone else in Rochdale/pennines area experiencing similar issues? Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIs that test over WiFi or ethernet? 80mbps is sufficent for most things so you shouldn't have any serious problem with your connection at that speed. Obviously I realise its likely not what your paying for

Hi,
it is over wifi, I think! Although it has been the biggest mistake we made getting fibre installed, and it has been a constant issue, absolutely not getting what I am paying for.
