Broadband isn’t working

Hi,

our boardband is not working due to a one of lights (voice) is not working. We are trying to troubleshoot the broadband router but it is not working. 


we reset the router multiple times and can still not figure out how to make it work. 

 

can you give a suggestion on how to resolve this issue?

Is your broadband working at all? The Voice light is for the landline phone connection. If you don't have Fibre or have Fibre but don't have a landline phone plugged in it won't be lit.
