Broadband is slower than what ism paying for Also Sunday and Monday there was no broadband
BRIADBAND
NO SERVICE ON SUNDAY AND MONDAY SPEED IS ALWAYS SLOWER THAN WHAT I SM PAYING FOR ANX IF K GO IN GHD KITCHEN MOST GIMES ITVDTOPS OUT This is not good enough I have phoned on many time
and still this has not been sorted

@Martindrew Your shouting at other customers, not Sky, what makes you think your speed is slower than what your paying for? How are you testing these speeds?
What speeds are you meant to get?
For the community to help you'll need to provide much more detail on the issue.
