Broadband is slower after upgrading

Hi,

I recieved my new box today after upgrading. Since I've plugged it in all my videos I watch keep buffering.

why is my internet slower after upgrading? I might as well pay £4 less a month and have the old box?

this is not what you want on the first day?!

I want to cancel this **bleep**, no problems with internet before, I've had it for 10 hours and it's shocking!

@Martynwickstead Did you go sky Max hub and if any pods etc from an older SR203 Sky Broadband Hub as the only upgrade, or at the same time do it all and move over to a FF Full Fibre connection?

Sound like you may have put the old sky hub back on/or consider doing so, little hard to work out from your post!
