Broadband is running slow.

My broadband does not appear to be hitting the guaranteed speed. Normal checks have been done. Router has been restarted. When I called the automated system.announced there appears to be an issue.

Thanks Tom. I called the help desk. Seems you have to reset the router whilst pressing the WPS button. I had not heard that one before.
