Broadband is not working in two room upstairs

No internet in two room upstairs Broadband is not working in two of the room upstairs Hello have been having this problem quite a while now, the broadband is not working in two of the room upstairs which is my kids room. Every time they have to come to my room to use internet. Have been paying my bills but have not enjoyed this service at all. I have check the connection every time but the problem persist. Please I world not hesitate to leave when am not getting a good service.
