Hey
Can someone please help?
My broadband has been dropping out constantly for weeks and now my landlines has started to do the same.
Have checked everything and all is OK until obviously it drops out and lights go red!
Getting extremely fed up with the service now.

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried each time and it says there is a problem with my set up then it comes back on and goes back to normal! Only this week has the landline stopped working several times. So fed up as I'm not great with technology and never had this problem with my old supplier. Considering moving back to them now they are in my area as there doesn't seem to be an easy contact number for support with sky as they keep sending me back to online help which is no good and not the service I am paying for.
