Broadband is down, Brighton, service checker says no issues

As per the topic and everyone else reporting issues on the Network.

Internet is down. Service checker says no faults with device or Wi-Fi. This is nonsense. Second and fourth light on router are orange. Resets have done nothing.

@Zotz

When it is down after midnight to around 6am then it could be overnight maintenance taking place.

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I obviously did all of that, as those are the only two options in the app per test wi-fi and test connection and I already said it was reporting no issues and that I'd restarted the router.

If maintenance is ongoing, staff should be made aware in the APP. It also sounded like it was down across most of Scotland as well last night.

Sadly Openreach doesn't usually inform ISPs when they are carrying out work on the network. You haven't said where you are but if you are still having issues and nothing is appearing via the app then all you can do is to call Sky and report this to them.
