Broadband is constantly buffering on TV

Please help, I'm so frustrated. The TV has decided that it doesn't want to stream anymore and it's driving me crazy as the film stops around 15-20 times to buffer. We are paying for Sky super fast 35 Broadband with a minimium speed guarantee of 36. An Independant speed checker is telling me 9mbps at worst and 26 at best but Skys says 37. These are the router stats which might as well be in Chinese. Is this bad? Do I need to contact Sky and query this?

@Tillybud

Your stats show that at the time of posting something on your network was using 20mbps of your bandwidth which is exactly half.

If this device wasnt your TV then the problem could be bandwidth contention. Due to WiFi interference you may not always be able to achieve the full 40mbps over WiFi that your hub recives from the line, if a device using 20mbps of this it may not leave much left for your TV to stream. I would recommend you try disconnecting all devices from your hub except for the TV and see if you still experience the issue.

Typical culprits of this issue are often devices doing background app updates, backups, system updates, consoles downloading game updates etc.
