Broadband intermittent and only 30Mbs download contracts for 300 Mbs

I've checked the router 2.4 and 5 G£z switched on  - followed all of the steps I can take to fix the issue - intermittent service and always very poor signal in rooms away from the hub. The hub is located on an the inside of an outside wall where for re to home connection is located. Bedrooms and home office very slow intermittent and sometimes no signal. We work 100% from home and need availability to do my work - my wife is an NHS employee and needs 24 hour access to support her patients and colleagues - please respond urgently!

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. As Sky is a domestic service there is no additional support or actioning for customers who choose to use the service for working from home.
