Broadband installed today but it doesn't work.

New installation today of broadband router. I have a flashing green light on router.  On city fibre device, only power and ethernet lights on. Broadband and service lights are off. I've tried online help but not getting anywhere.

The activation might not have taken place yet so you might want to call Sky to check if this is the case.

It worked for 20 minutes. I've tried to ring Sky on multiple numbers but can't speak to anyone. I'm directed onto online help. I've tested broadband and WiFi and it states it's working.

@John698 On that CF ONT you need more than just the two lights for sure! Did the CF Engineer say that you may be off/on for a period as they maybe making some adjustment's etc, or your good to go?

I've booked an engineer visit for tomorrow so hopefully it will be sorted. Thanks for replying.
