Broadband installation team from openreach has not arrived yet. Can I get me an update on this. I have the appointment from morning 8.00 am to 1.00 pm. I'm waiting from morning.
Also, Broadband modem/ router not delivered.
Please sort as soon as possible. Thank you.

@santhoshTs This is a customer help support forum and you are not contacting anyone at sky.
If you need further assistance call sky support by telephone for update on your order.
If you go to the sky.com web site, bottom of screen, further support it will display the number you require.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@santhoshTs you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. You can check the progress of your order in the My Order section of the My Sky app. The fact you have not received a hub could be because your installation has been put back. This can happen with new fibre lines unfortunately.
You will need to talk to Sky but they are not going to have reports from Openreach until tomorrow morning.
