Broadband hub not delivered

Hello, I ordered a Sky Broadband hub that was dispatched but returned midway by royalmail because a problem was identified with the parcel. There has been no replacement email or news from Sky, although I contacted them by phone yesterday and was told that they will dispatch a replacement for me but there has been no email confirmation or anything reassuring. My activation day is today and the hub should have been delivered few days ago.

@LeperArfinitt Do you curently also have an older sky hub as well?

No, I only just moved to my new flat so I'm a new customer

@LeperArfinitt All you can do is try to keep on top off the situation now and hope that a replacement is/has been sent to you, and assume that you are doing the self install to a system that is existing, unless you are getting an Engineer visit installation!
