I ordered my new sky max hub on 27th June and it has still not been delivered connection is on 11th july

The hub is timed to arrive a few days before your activation day so all being well it should be with you sometime next week. These are delivered by Royal Mail and updates should appear here:
https://www.sky.com/ordertracking
