Sky engineer is due to arrive tomorrow but the hub has still not been delivered and just has the same status of awaiting dispatch. Recieved the sky stream puck no problem but looks like the hub has just been stuck on the same status.

@Brekk should be faster if they courier the replacement. Talk to the engineer if they are a Sky employee they maybe ablectongetvitvexpedited.

@Brekk check the My Orders section of the My Sky app as delayed dispatch of hubs often means the activation has been delayed. Otherwise the engineer can complete the task without the hub but of course you cant use the service. Normally Sky's customer services cannot dispatch a replacement until the activation has happened.

Had a look but it still just shows as awaiting dispatch and coming soon, nothing mentioning a delay. Noticed that I have two different sky broadband engineer visits with one cancelled and the other in progress for tomorrow. If a replacement is needed will it take the usual 3-5 working days or could this be faster?
