Broadband hub hasn’t arrived
We're in the process of switching over our broadband from BT to Sky. The activation date is 10th April and we still haven't yet received the sky hub. It still says awaiting dispatch on the order, so hasn't even been despatched yet.
I'm very worried that it won't arrive in time and we will be left without broadband, which will be a huge issue as I work from home. Looking online, the sky hub not arriving appears to be a common problem for people and many have been left for weeks without broadband

Hi, I'm the same. Switching from BT to SKY, supposed to be going live on the 10th but not received the hub from SKY and not a word from BT either. I'm also not able to link my SKY to my SKY account to be able to track. I work from home. This is worrying 😞

I have a similar issue, my activation date is the 9th and the hub hasn't been dispatched yet.
I'm hoping it's coming after the weekend and within the timeframe (3-5 days) they state on the app so maybe it'll be the same for you..

@xland @Have you had any luck with the hun arriving? I rang Sky yesterday who advised it would be delivered today (although it still says awaiting dispatch on the app) but nothing has arrived!

I'm in the exact same situation. Activation day is tomorrow so I'll lose my current connection but I've received nothing from Sky and there are no details in my app and I've had no tracking info. The call centre say the router is on its way but it's past 4pm and still nothing.

Same issue for me. Activation date for switch to sky from BT is today. Opened up the box and tried to hook up the contents but realised there was no modem/router only the sky stream box. So, not only no Internet, but no tv either until it arrives which by the sound of things might take several days. I despair honestly.

Sky are aware of this issues and working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue.

We've now been informed via a closed forum that the router dispatch problem has been resolved.
